About
Established in May 2020, The Kingdom Community Center CDC was born out of a pressing need to address the escalating issues of addictions, suicides, and violence in the Southaven, MS, and the TriState area. Amid the peak of the COVID pandemic, our immediate response was marked by the distribution of groceries to 6,000 families weekly in our parking lot. As we actively engaged with the community during these challenging times, our dedication deepened, prompting the creation of essential services tailored to the specific needs of those we served. These services encompass Women and Men's Support Groups, Marriage Seminars, Financial Seminars, and Youth Groups, including a Boys Basketball League, Teens Activities, and more – all conceived during the tumultuous period of COVID. We firmly believe that these initiatives played a pivotal role in significantly improving the quality of life and providing a sanctuary of refuge and hope in our community. Our commitment endures as we persist in delivering services that address the socio-economic needs of our community. Our focus remains on fostering healing and sustainability, striving to create a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
